I came in to see the vehicle only to find out that the vehicle was at the dealership. I was never informed by Shannon. I was passed down from Shannon to Rene to Jesus and he went beyond the call of duty. Jesus Maldonado came in on his day off and drove to Bourbonnais which is 35 miles away to get the car I wanted. Which happens to be inferno red how awesome is that. I was very pleased he walked me thru all the features. I expressed my concern about the rims having no locks and he set up an appointmnet for me the next day with service it was taken care of within an hour. I would definetly recommend your dealership. Thank you!!!!!!!
